Terms and Conditions
1. Room Occupancy:
Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Day Charges, Late check out up until 6:00 pm is subject to a charge of 50% of the existing contract rate. Late check out after 6:00 pm will be charged an additional night at the full contract rate. Day use is outside allocation and is on a request basis pending space availability. Vouchers or Reservation confirmation upon check in, and if no prepayment has been made prior to the guest arrival, guests must present a valid voucher from the agent or a duly valid confirmation from the Hotel. The voucher or the reservation confirmation must be legible and clearly state the name of the agent with exact contact details, the reservation confirmation number from the Hotel, the name of the guests, the exact number of guest, as well as specific reservation details including the type of accommodation, package features, special requests and origin of the client.
2. Meal Prices:
(Contract rates net and non-commissionable):- The accommodation rates as stated above are inclusive of breakfast for the maximum of guest allowed in the villa. Extras guest who have been allowed to share the villas will be charged as following :
Breakfast: THB 540 - Children breakfast under 12 years old will be charged at 50 % Half board meal policy - upon request only.
3. Supplementary Holiday Dinners:
(Contract rates net and non-commissionable):- Applicable supplementary charge for Christmas Eve:- 24th December 2008 at THB 3.310 - per person not including beverage. Applicable supplementary charge for New Years Eve:- 31st December 2008 at THB 5.380 - per person including pre-dinner cocktail party, Midnight glass of champagne, but not including any other beverages.
4. Children’s Meal Policy:
(Contract rates net and non-commissionable):- For child under 12 years, meal prices will be charged at 50% of the regular menu prices or set meal prices as listed above.

6. Major Forces:
In the event the Hotel finds itself unable to honor a booking by providing accommodation within the Hotel, then the Hotel shall provide alternative accommodation in another Hotel of the same category. In such case, the Hotel shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations and shall be exonerated from any of its liability for breach of contract.
7. Cancellation Policy:
For Low Season:- No cancellation charge if cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights of accommodation will be charged. For High Season:- No cancellation charge if cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 3 nights of accommodation will be charged. For Peak Season:- No cancellation charge if cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee for the whole reservation will be charged. Cancellation fees will not be contingent on the Hotel’s occupancy for the reserved period.
8. No Show Policy:
Any no show or non-arrival will be charged 100% for the reserved period.
9. Shorten of stay:
The shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-outs, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subject to the afore mentioned Reservation, Cancellation and No Show Policy.
10. Pre-Payment:
Unless prior credit arrangements have been made with Hotel, the Hotel requires full pre-payment prior to guest arrival, for each room according to the cancellation policy. If Any discrepancies between the Hotel confirmation and the prepayment occur at checking time at the Hotel the agent guest will be solely responsible for the extra payment due.
11. Payment and Credit Terms:
A Payment must be made in full upon confirmation of booking and failure to comply with this procedure may result in the reservation being released. All payments to the hotel must be made by telegraphic transfer only. The Hotel does not accept any responsibility for the payment of bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of money from the agent’s account to the Hotel’s bank. Any such fees or charges are the Tour Operator’s sole responsibility and cannot be deducted from payments due.
