Located in a beautiful established residential estate near Maenam this one bedroom apartment is part of a private house that is occupied by a British couple that are long term Samui residents. The apartment has its own private pathway leading through the garden to the apartment for total privacy. The apartment also has use of the swimming pool that is a few steps away from the front door! The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment and this part of the beach has an excellent Thai beach restaurant. The estate is well established and has a variety of different designed villas all with established gardens. The house and apartment have a wonderful established garden and the apartment has an airy verandah overlooking the garden and pool. Maenam which has a good selection of restaurants and shops is about 5 minutes drive from the apartment and Nathon, which has many more shops and restaurants, is about 10 minutes drive. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and verandah.
