Payment Schedule and Transferring Money to Thailand

The payment schedule for purchasers of Chaweng Sila is as Follows:

Deposit amount 200,000 THB
30% of the purchase price (less 200,000 THB) upon the signing of the purchase agreements.
30% of the purchase price shall be paid on completion of the concrete structure to first floor level.
30% of the purchase price on completion of roof, block work, 1st fix plumbing, electrics and carpentry.
10% of the purchase price upon completion and transfer of the ownership of the property.
