The Condohotel is situated in a prime lake front location overlooking the Blue Canyon Golf Club. Currently the hotel is derelict following the Asian crash of 1997 and is in need of total refurbishment. The current owners plan was to completely renovate the existing structure and to develop a five star hotel with 100 rooms and suites.
